Our Chemical In Place servicing are available to all types of heat exchanger. It is suitable for fully welded or non-openable heat exchangers that require maintenance. Usually the service comes in a package with other services.

A heat exchanger undergoing chemical circulation by using our portable CIP skid. Both inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to our chemical solution tank where the chemical will then be circulated for a certain amount of time.

The picture shows the inside of the tank in which the CIP solution exiting the heat exchanger is dirty after flushing. The solution will then be discarded safety.
